デンマークのアコースティック・フォーク・パンクバンド Stöj Snak。
知ったのはつい最近です。
デンマークというと（Bjorkみたいな）アンビエントな陰鬱とした音楽のイメージがありましたが、カラッと乾いた、よく燃える薪のようなサウンドに高めのがなり声、ストレートな歌詞という「これでもデンマークなのか！」とだいぶ驚かされました。それでもメロディには哀愁が漂っており、北欧らしさと意外さが組み合わさった面白いバンドです。
仕事としてはBEDTIME DIGITAL GAMESのゲーム「FIGMENT」に楽曲を書き下ろしている（近々「FIGMENT2」が出ますね。楽しみだ）のですが、今回はそれとは無関係のオリジナルアルバム"ScreamerSongwriter"（2016年）から、"Old Friends and Irish Coffee"という曲の歌詞を翻訳しました。

いい曲ですねぇ。
アルバムの中盤、地味なポジションですが、僕はこの曲がいちばん好きかもしれません。
